The staff was professional and always available, and our room even had a bidet.

The hotel is very beautiful, as well as the surroundings. We stayed at the bungalow, wich is comfortable and quiet.
The room could be cleaner. The hotel has very, very few employees. It seems that no one is in charge. The Butia restaurant has only one waitress and no menu. The breakfast is not as the picture from the hotel website. There is no breakfast buffet and the breakfast is very poor, but with quality food. In general, the hotel is good and beautiful, but too expensive for the service and acomodations.

Offers good service and good food. The rooms are a nice size and they have television with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

Booked a room with nice views of the ocean. The hotel was in a great location near a nice restaurant and beautiful crowd and the beaches of Jose Ignacio for what we wanted it for...

The room and maid staff were excellent as was the chef and restaurant staff. The maid staff were a huge contrast to desk staff. The views and location are great!
The pool was filthy and unswimmable. There was green pond scum in it and you could not clearly see the bottom. The desk staff were not especially helpful and were not at the desk at the appointed hours. We rang the bell and waited 15 minutes for checkout and no one showed up at 10 am on a Saturday. The staff were ambivalent about it being our honeymoon. The place/grounds are gorgeous, it just needs better staff.

We absolutely loved Casa Suaya! We staying in one of their bungalows over looking the koi pond. The bungalow had a shabby chic decor, perfect for it's beach local. The complimentary breakfast was typical, but the eggs were exceptional.

Location of hotel on great beach, 5 mins drive from Jose Ignacio. Stunning views.
Loft style room with great view, but room design disappointing - not up to standard for a boutique hotel of this price - low season us 400 dollars per night. Room needed decorating and renovation. Service basic. Chandelier very dusty and tv didn't work properly. Requests sent before visit not done - and had to ask twice and wait for 3 hours to get bed and bedding sorted. Kind staff, but few custer service skills. Unprofessional for luxury hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Suaya. the room was spacious and offered stunning views of the dunes and ocean. Although the property could use a fresh coat of paint, the friendly receptionist, Sergio, made up for it with his cheerful personality. the maids were also helpful, offering a laundry service for just 10 dollars. the resort's location was perfect, with a beautiful pool area and access to the woods. Miguel, the manager, was always available and accommodating. Jose Ignacio is a charming town with great food, making it a place I would definitely return to. Cons: Nothing.

Our bungalow was very nice, private and quiet. The resort is laid out nicely and we enjoyed both the pool and the beautiful nearby beach. The food in the restaurant was limited but very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We were there a little before the high season begins and found that the restaurant wasn't prepared to accommodate us for dinner without a reservation. There litereally wasn't enough food. Unfortunately, we were not told this when we checked in. However, the restaurant staff was very helpful in finding us another place to have dinner - even offering to drive us to the other place!

Casa Suaya exceeded expectations, offering an excellent location right on the beach. The staff provided a warm and welcoming experience, making us feel at home. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with cozy cabanas for sun protection. The homemade pizza and breakfast by Max were a delicious treat.
Not obvious to find.
